We ship orders using trusted third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping methods available may vary based on your location and the product ordered.

Once an order is dispatched, it is handed over to our delivery partners for fulfillment.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

During periods of high demand or limited releases, processing times may be slightly extended. Any such delays will be communicated where possible.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Domestic (India): 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional service disruptions.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location and order details.

  • Domestic Shipping Cost: Rs. 39-99

  • International Shipping Cost : Calculated at checkout

Any applicable duties, customs charges or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email containing your tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive to ensure smooth delivery, ELVÉRA STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

We may offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination, and additional customs clearance processes may apply.
