Refund policy

Every piece in our collection is made with intent. We hold our quality to a high standard. If something falls short of that, we will make it right.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing or quality defect. We do not accept returns for size-related issues. Size guides are provided for each product please refer to them before placing your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and unwashed
In original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Returns initiated after 48 hours will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective. No exchanges for size preference or change of mind.

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photo or video evidence.

Subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Clear photos or videos of the issue
Brief description

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance:

Products purchased during sale or promotional events
Customised or made-to-order items
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Products showing signs of use, wash or alteration
Items with size-related concerns (size guides are available on every product page)

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our end. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. The return policy applies thereafter.
